Volume, color and more volume: the shoe soles fo Spring Summer 2023 present an important and aggressive look, even on models that are usually more graceful, and an explosive color palette that stresses the desire to have fun again.
Yes, the ‘habit’ of increasing the height of soles making them very voluminous, important and aggressive (also thanks to the tank tread) was not limited to populating the winter season, but also recurs for the next Spring Summer 2023 season. Amazing to see how the bold concept is also applied to sandals and slippers that are usually more graceful.
Colour will be another crucial theme. The desire to have fun again explodes in a colour palette (both one colour and rainbow) that rivals a painter’s palette. A trend seen on upper materials, but which returns with positive energy also on the soles.
Very interesting structures try to reinvent more traditional models by working with shades and materials in contrast with the classicism of the uppers. Graphic textures and shades connote another widespread trend.
It is useless to talk about sneakers, which once again are the masters: in this case the soles feature more squared cuts, without ever giving up important thicknesses.
