Alexa Rosatti of JBS Couros joins the association's Management Board
Alexa Rosatti joins the Management Board of Leather Naturally, where she will lead the communications team. Alexa was confirmed following a vote of the members in June 2024. From 2021, she has held the position of Global Communications and Marketing Coordinator at JBS Couros. Alexa also has previous experience working as a journalist, in news agencies and in marketing for multinational conglomerates.
Alexa will replace Claudia Spahr from TFL, who has led the communications activities since 2022. Debbie Burton, Chair of the Leather Naturally Management Board said: “We are thrilled that Alexa is joining the team and thank JBS Couros for supporting her in this role. Leather Naturally exists due to the passion of its volunteer board and as we welcome Alexa, we also say farewell, and a sincere thank you to outgoing Communications lead, Claudia Spahr and TFL for her time, her dedication and her inspiration over the past six years.”
The Confindustria (Confederation of Italian Industry) association, which consists of around 500 member companies and represents the footwear industry at national level, has chosen the 53-year-old manager with a background in Pirelli, Telecom and Veronafiere.
The World Footwear Yearbook 2024 was published, which also highlights the retreat of international exports and the further decline in volumes of leather products.
