TFL, a leading global supplier of specialty chemicals for the leather industry, announces its participation in the All-China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) 2026, taking place from September 1–3, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Continuing a tradition of more than 20 years at one of the industry’s most important trade fairs, TFL will welcome customers and industry professionals to Hall E2, Booth E03 to experience the latest innovations shaping the future of leather manufacturing.
Under the theme “Be Prepared to Experience the Future”, TFL will present a comprehensive portfolio of advanced leather solutions that combine performance, sustainability, and trend leadership. Visitors will discover a curated collection of premium leather articles featuring the forecasted Autumn–Winter 2027/28 colour trends, demonstrating how innovative chemistry and expert technical advice contribute to outstanding leather performance and design.
A key highlight of TFL’s presence at ACLE 2026 will be the introduction of VEGTAN®, TFL’s new brand for responsible tanning. Based on a groundbreaking process with more than 70% bio-based content, VEGTAN® upcycles by-products from other industries without competing with the human food chain. This technology represents a significant step in TFL’s commitment to supporting a more regenerative and resource-efficient leather industry.
In addition, TFL will showcase leather accessories produced with ultra-low bisphenol content, reflecting the company’s ongoing efforts to help customers meet increasingly demanding regulatory and brand requirements while maintaining the highest standards of leather quality and performance. Building on innovations successfully showcased at recent ACLE exhibitions, TFL continues to advance solutions that combine sustainability with industrial practicality.
“ACLE is a cornerstone event for the global leather industry and an important opportunity to connect with customers, exchange ideas, and showcase innovation. Given the strategic importance of China and the Asia-Pacific region for TFL, we are particularly proud of our strong local presence, combining manufacturing excellence, technical expertise, and close customer support to help our partners succeed.” said Samer Al Jabi, Interim CEO & CCO of TFL Group. “With VEGTAN®, our latest generation of sustainable leather solutions, we are demonstrating how innovation can help create a more responsible and future-ready leather industry.”
