Last September’s edition saw an increase in the number of exhibitors, partly due to two new venues in the Tortona District. There was also a rise in the number of international (14 per cent) and Italian (10 per cent) buyers, bringing the total to 9,000 industry professionals.

From 24 to 27 September, WHITE brought the entire Tortona Fashion District to life, reaffirming its status as the beating heart of the fashion community during Milan Fashion Week thanks to a rich and varied programme of talks, workshops, podcasts, pop-ups and networking events that kept the venues buzzing even beyond traditional exhibition hours. This burst of energy has consolidated the district’s identity as a contemporary and international hub, attracting brands, industry professionals, buyers, creatives and the general public, not least through an innovative business model that combines B2B dynamics with B2C openings, alongside a programme of events open to the city that has further enhanced the appeal of Via Tortona.
This period of strong growth has seen the launch of a new and strategic partnership with BolognaFiere-Cosmoprof, aimed at supporting the fair both in its internationalisation and in future projects targeting end consumers within the area.
The fair thus recorded extraordinary growth, reaching a total of 450 brands – a 24 per cent increase on the previous edition – and this significant milestone was underpinned by the opening of two new venues: T31, dedicated to lifestyle, accessories and beauty, and T35, focused on resortwear, which joined the long-standing venues of T27 and T54, alongside the debut of the special areas ‘Nuvola’ for accessories and ‘Box’ for streetwear, urban fashion and denim. This significant expansion in both structure and content has substantially enhanced the show’s international appeal, leading to an excellent increase in attendance, with Italian buyers up by 10 per cent and international buyers up by 15 per cent.
