Schebben is part of the TFL C-Suite team as from August 2023 and will now complement the Executive Board of the companies together with Henrik Pedersen and David Blatch.<span style=\"white-space: pre;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text body\" doc-editable=\"text\" data-component-id=\"doc-1ib15sdq20\">\u201cIn the function as Head of Global of Human Resources, Marc will be able to further influence the corporate structure and steer transformation processes as well as human capital development in a more direct way\u201d <span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">they explain from the multinational leather chemicals company.&nbsp;<\/span>\u201cIn addition, TFL will further benefit from Marc\u2019s experience in Change Management and driving digitalization.
