After an initial experience in Belgium, he founded ABItalia in Civitanova, in the Marche region, with his wife Lara in 1998, consolidating the group&#8217;s presence in the footwear reinforcement and leather goods sector.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text body\" doc-editable=\"text\" data-component-id=\"doc-1ivikrkea0\">In his new role, Castignani will lead sales development, customer relations, quality, safety, financial performance and team growth at the Ronse headquarters in Belgium for the entire EMEA region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text body\" doc-editable=\"text\" data-component-id=\"doc-1ivikrkec0\">He will report directly to Michel J. Merkx, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of ABI\/Ideal Tape.
